Abstract

This article shows the main characteristics of the traditional pedagogical model inherited from the Illustration era and its applicability to the teaching of Law in most of higher education centers in Colombia, the reasons that support it, and the distortions that arise in terms of the comprehension of this discipline and the formation of Law professionals; in an attempt to solve problems based on a pedagogical reflection of the university community.
