Abstract
This article aims to highlight the place of the male population as sexual victims, generally silenced or forgotten in the aftermath of the armed conflict and, through this recognition, to advocate for the reparation of the victim, which is essential for the pacification process in the Colombian territory. To this end, research on sexual violence in the male population in the framework of the Colombian armed conflict is articulated, in accordance with the applicable legal and social guidelines. The study is fundamentally based on international law and the fundamental role of non-governmental organizations in the recognition and protection of men as victims of sexual violence.
