Abstract

The Law as part of Social Sciences, has as a duty to contribute to the solution of problems that concern society, in this purpose should propose a dialogical exercise with other areas of knowledge that make social transformation possible, by betting on innovation and construction of social technologies, which means, in other words, that legal and socio-juridical research must provide the possibility of generating changes and achieving a metamorphosis of the social environment through adjustments in objective social practices that result in solutions and new bets that support prospectively human and social development.
