Resumen
Esta reflexión tiene como objetivo hacer una introducción en el tema de la seguridad y el desarrollo, es un texto eminentemente descriptivo acerca de los supuestos básicos sobre el tema y los avances existentes sobre nuevas dimensiones como el medio ambiente y la seguridad. La discusión tiene como objetivo establecer un conjunto esencial de imaginarios que pueden ayudar en le debate sobre el tema indicado, admitiendo la dificultad de construir un debate sin una visión universalista, centrada en lo humano y apartadas de la tendencia a construir agendas de Estado para la seguridad.
