Resumen
El artículo investiga la constitucionalización del Derecho Internacional considerado un proceso de creación, modificación y readecuación de las instituciones habituadas al ambiente internacional, de modo que produzca integración y armonización de normas que propongan construir un nuevo constitucionalismo que sea no-estatal y que este estructurado en torno a un nuevo nivel para los “derechos humanos”, de preferencia democrático, republicano, justo, pos-particularista y pos-individualista.
